To bulk up you actually need to be also eating a diet very rich in protein and carbs. Lifting heavy weights will add muscle but if you don't have the extra calories combined it won't bulk you up. Women also don't have nearly as much as the hormone testosterone as men do which is needed for serious mass building.

Re: Top 10 Workout Supplements for Men

Beta Alanine is found in both pre-workout drinks Muscle Pharm Assault and BSN NO2 Xplode.

Re: Healthy Recipes for Lean Muscle

Awesome, glad you liked it and thanks for sharing with your friends, means a lot!

Re: Healthy Recipes for Lean Muscle

Super post! Decrease weights and increase reptitions to about 15-20, as well as more focus on keeping a clean diet plan.

Re: Free Workout Routines for Women

Hi Lela, that is excellent. The point is that the entire workout is helping you, but the squats and lunges will really target the booty. Please keep before and after photos and add another comment when you are ready. If I can use your testimonial/photos I will provide you with my new ebook on Easy Quick Abs which will retail for $47.
